                  It's not bad if she hasen't drawn anime characters before.

                  The eyes are quite important when drawing anime, ask your designer to take a look at a few tutorials and I'm sure she could improve her hentai designs.

                              Here you can find some videos on how to draw anime eyes, not sure how much help they will be but they sure can give you a few good tips.
