ZOMBAIO Support SUCKS!

    ZOMBAIO Support SUCKS!

    Zombaio support just sucks man. I have place a request to reinstall password management due to server move.

    Put request on 8th of June and today is 14th and my ticket is still pending and no tech support has been assigned to my ticket. EPOCH CCBILL SEGPAY just finish the install in under 12 hour of request and this ZOMBAIO suck really lazy support.

    I contact on live support and they told me it will be dealt with in 7 working days amazing man.....

    who else having an issue

            Hey dpapa, A few days ago we all got emails from zombaio saying that they were doing a major upgrade all this week and things could be fucked up intermittently until the 15th.

            It could be with this happening that support tickets are low on the totem pole at the moment. My email said that if I saw anything wrong after the 15th to notify them. So they may be knee deep working over there right now.

              I usually have CCBill and Epoch do script installs, but I just do the Zombaio ones because they are super-easy and really well-documented. If someone else's schedule is inconveniencing you there, I recommend taking a stab at it yourself with Zombaio.

                The only time I needed help from Zombaio they were a tad slow, but overly helpful and detailed in their responses.

                  I apologize for the delay this should have been solved a long time ago. Can you please email me you merchant ID and the ticket number then I will ask Tech to look into it asap.

                        I know just how you feel... needed to get my password changed, kept getting bounced from one techie to another, waiting now 2 weeks and it's still not done, they could of built me a whole new setup in that time
