For the second time in 2 months google has taken my traffic away completely. with zero fucking changes in content on this particular site. they have magically given my traffic back then taken it away just like that. with no discernible reason as to why its happening.

the content is unique the design is magnificent and set up for robots to read easily and navigation isn't a problem. obviously i want people to see the most amount of pages possible on my sites. so what the fuck?

i go from thousands of impressions and clicks a day to 1/10th my original SE traffic over night and it's happened twice within the last 2 months.

If the site in question is dynastoned.com, you still need to do a fair amount of SEO work on it. Google will be doing an update on or about June 21st, there is plenty of time for you to get in on that update.

Maybe because the content wasn't updated? I think Google likes fresh new content to, over a site that isn't updated at all. Any new competitors on that SERP?

hard to say i was ranked well for many different terms. it could be because it hasn't been updated much but it's been constant traffic on that site for years. then it dropped off when panda came out, then came back to normal traffic, and now it dropped off again. basically it's all traffic from inbound links now with a little bit of google traffic. pretty weak imo.

obviously they are fucking with something... we'll see what happens luckily its just this one site. thats why i found it pretty perplexing.

I have sites I haven't changed in years and they rank awesome... I have dynamic sites with user content that change hourly and they do this roller coaster ride.

for the keyword do you actually give users what they are looking for

you won't believe the number of times jackass here complain because their sites don't rank better than a tube site for the words free porn

as if their tgp giving away 1 minute clips (that only teases but doesn't please )does a better job of giving free porn than a site giving away 30 minute movies

give the users what they are actually looking for and your ranking will stay up
game the search engine and you drop when googles catches your shenangans
