Most new sites come with a DMCA link in the footer these days. That really tells you the state of things.

Honestly, I'm not sure why I'm even shooting anymore. Cheaper (and safer) to jack the content from another site and profit on it until they catch you, then remove it when they send you a DMCA.

If you are not paying for content, you have a lot more money to spend on other things. And honestly, does anyone even care? Yea, they would call you a douche and a thief, but 90% or more of the people would still do business with you. Manwin is a perfect example of this. They take some board heat (big deal) and laugh all the way to the bank, buying up everyone along the way.

You know, I really don't have any issue with people who scrape newsgroups or social sites, getting real amateur content by people who knowingly put it online for the world to see. It's the people who steal from other producers / companies who make my blood boil.

Someone paid for that content and did everything they were supposed to to in order to make sure the scene is in compliance with 2257. They had to find the model, location, dress them, edit the scene, and so on. All of that takes money. When people steal such content and stick it on their shitty sites, it really gets under my skin. Especially in the Asian market. If you don't have the balls, brains, balls, or contacts to go to one of these countries and shoot it yourself, don't steal it from those who do.

they got DMCA, they took them down. should have sued but didn't want to get into it, it's money and time consuming, that's the problem right there, suing for this kind of issue is complicated so barely anyone is taking it to court.

I wish some lawyer Firl stepped up and offered that service on a International Level.
