    ICQ Isn't Deleting Anyone, Their Whole System is Down

    their facebook page is flooded with people complaining the service is down. It's also down for people I know who're not in adult. Right now I'm online but I only see my ICQ contacts, anyone who's on AOL IM is showing as offline.

    It's possible today is the day they moved the service away from AOL's servers and on to Mail.ru Group which bought them last year in April. Recently the site was transitioned so it makes sense I think they did it with the background stuff now
