For a $15 pizza delivery I would suggest $2-3 minimum and $5 if you are feeling generous. Remember that the delivery guys make their money off of tips, not their minimum wage.
I rarely have pizza delivered but when I do I tend to over tip, which may be because I am extremely biased because I delivered pizzas for several years as a kid.

In Québec, service industry employees (bartenders/servers/delivery people) are automatically taxed 15% of their income on each paycheque, so anything less than 15% is an insult - basically you are saying that they should work for free ...
If the service is exceptionally poor/bad, I have on occasion deliberately tipped less than 15% ... but you have to be careful ... if you are east of Pie IX in pepper country, tipping less than 15% could very easily get you booted out of a restaurant and told not to come back ...
Myself and a couple other webmasters went for supper one night a few years back, and my tab was around $270-ish ... I thought nothing of it and just gave her an even $300 ....
HOLY HANNAH you want to see a server lose her fucking mind!!! LOL She read me the riot act - and then some!!

depends. if its the first time im ordering from there, like 10 bucks. I want them to remember me so my pizza gets here fast next time. after that, its about 6 bucks for every 20.
