Why do you keep complaining about bad ratios, people?

What part of this phrase you can't understand?

"You cannot sell something that is available for free"

Really strange, that some naive people keep wondering about thir ugly ratios..

Surfers have been taught to get porn for free, for the last 3 years..

What part is hard to understand?

And no, don't come here and say that you ratio is better than ever, with a banner on your sig.

people don't come to gfy to ask about slowly declining sales over the last 3 years , they come to ask when ratios drop 1:2000 to 1:30000 in one period..

what is hard to understand ?

You can get tap water for free , thus nobody should ever buy water by the bottle..

I used to complain about these sort of things...

SMALL HINT: stop sending traffic to old shit tours and programs that do not give a fuck and stop sending traffic to programs that do all kinds of fucked shit to consumers.

THIS INCLUDES: Programs that do Cross Sales, Programs that pop consoles on the tour, programs with fucking suck ass tours from the 90s. Programs that offer no support, retarded outdated video scroll tours pieced together with shitty content and even worse design. Sell only the shit you would buy.

Just throwing that out there...

i was just looking at a ccbill program someone mentioned to try in a "shitty ratios" thread and many of the things you mentioned not liking is what i noticed..

The join form was straight out of the 90's ( default ccbill form ?) why the fuck would someone put blue form elements on a blue background , the site you are signing up to is mentioned in tiny text ccbill in huge text. wtf .. heh . those kinds of things

although granted ccbill sites come in all shapes and sizes.. please ccbill program owners, change the forms..

I totally get your analogy (and I totally dig your sig )

Point is guys in their 40's to 60's still buy porn but it has to be something special. A couple of memberships a month ($60) is nothing to many "older" people.

Proof: I have bought more porn site memberships the last two years than times I jerked at a tube.

Read it again. It's true. Some people want to own the content, mostly older guys and real conissoirs (sp) of porn. Or maybe just dont like all the ads and bs on tubes.

Popups to me are a slap in the face. Guess who has lots of popups.

But it does suck to lose a shitload of surfers to the tubes but then maybe most arent buying anyway.

I think a bigger problem may be what ThatOtherGuy eluded to. A LOT of stuff is boring or adds nothing new OR like some progs has become saturated.

Can only push the Hoover door to door so many times.

Yet very few new high end tours or new sites from the best progs, so it is catch 22.
