Can someone post .htaccess info?
I want to block all countries except the U.S. and Canada. I have been searching for hours and cannot find the simple code to put into my .htaccess file to do this. Could someone please post the code I need to block the world other than the U.S. and Canada please? This is driving me insane.
If someone does this I'll do a favor in return...nothing sexual though, unless you're a hot chick.

It was a rather large chunk of text and I'm sure there's a better way of doing it. But this will suffice until I figure out what I'm going to do with the site. I'm not blocking UK after I get the site developed.

with geo mod installed on apache its just takes 2 minutes 2 block all countries.
