IE8 was hanging often needed CTRL+ALT+CANC (on vista 64bit ultimate 16gb ram and 8 cores cpu and nvidia quadro and solid state hd...), then I installed IE9 and this one no more hangs - I installed it in main pc mostly because Ie8 hanged too ofen, I have other notebooks for experiments. Yes cleartype may be blurry but is cute to me and last firefox enables it too by default. I don't know if it is slower or faster because I have a too powerful hardware it even can run windows and IE fast, I should try in an old notebook with little ram.
But but, since I do web sites I don't much care if I like it or not is just yet another browser to test on. My sites worked, I am sorry for those with bugs - included some of partners and I reported, mostly scripts for requesters yes/no etc. click and no effects.Comment

Installed 9, tried it, removed it, it fucked things up across my entire computer including fonts, folders, etc...
I only use ie for some seo tools that require it to be installed btw, would never use it as a browser
