    WTF is PSW doing now??

I am suddenly getting a rash of emails from my members telling me that their access id/pw through pswbilling.com is no longer working! One person wrote them directly and got this reply:

    "Subscriber 111111
I'm sorry but we are no longer billing for this site and your username is no
    longer valid on their server.

This account has been terminated effective today.
A credit of $44.99 has been submitted for you and should post to your
account within 7-10 business days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thank you.

WTF???? I've called them (NO answer) and left a nasty msg wanting some immediate info! No response so far. Also left emails asking same! This comes after I got this very strange email from them this morning saying that my Visa application had been rejected (I'm an American webmaster..so not caught up in the other threads/problem going on)

The've been billing since mid-december 2002 and now they're bailing on me without warning? (I also haven't gotten a single penny from them so far..they said the checks got returned saying "no one at this address"..bull!) Wonder if this has anything to do with making them my secondary and not my primary anymore (Thank Gawd for CCBill!) Anyone else have this happen?

Do you serve CP from your site?

Damn, I'd be really curious to know if this is just PSW fucking up.

That's some serious shit for a processor to do to a client.

The only reply I've gotten since this thing started is an "explanation" for my loss of Visa access (which happened yesterday..friday). The "explanation" is that the application was not filled out in full..the driver's license info was not added.

JEEESSSUUUSS..the application was done in December, and they are now telling me they yanked my Visa because of no drivers license entry??

And this doesn't explain the loss of access for my members, unless they're yanking all Visa approved members! Gee Psw..thanks for so much ADVANCED WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!

And this is the email I received LATE friday in regards to the loss of Visa:

"Acting in full compliance with Visa Regulations, in the short
term PSW Inc cannot process Visa Orders for any website that
is not registered under a USA Sponsored Merchant.

We expect to have suitable banking relationships within
the next few days. In the meantime, your account has been
switched to ePaymentLite, allowing you to fully accept
MasterCard, JCB, and Online Checks. Please reply with any
            questions you may have.

Thanks for your understanding and support.

            Sincerely,
            PSW Bank Card Department
            [email protected]"

It's the same freakin' letter sent out to Non-American webmasters!

I've always wanted to use the word "fuxored" on this board. I'm not really l33t or whatever it is to know the exact definition but I'd say that it sounds like you are, in fact, fuxored.

I'm not 1337 either, but this definitely sounds fux0red to me too.

for F*CK sakes, I cannot get a hold of PSW to figure out what is going on. They are never there and have not been answering my emails. It looks like they have decided to kill my rebills and have even credited some of my subscribers with their previous charges.

PSW - WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? Your first email promised that this Visa change would not affect rebills and now you are cancelling rebills and refunding clients?

And would you answer your phones and emails!!! Why do you keep making these major changes on Fridays and not have staff in your office to answer the phones and emails on Sat & Sun?

and no..there absolutely is not any cp on my sites.
Has never even been hinted that there was "questionable" content.
