    gossip kings why did you remove the celeb specific link pages?

    So I send nearly all my celeb traffic through specific celeb pages and you have removed them all for some reason. It seems now I need to redo all my links. Thanks guys

                              We where not forced to do anything by anyone. The changes that has taken place at GossipKings in the past months is simply part of a bigger cleanup we've done as GossipKings was mismanaged its previous management team which did not focus on risk and profitability.

                              As for the landing pages the reason why they've been disabled is simple. Too many webmasters where abusing them by making landing pages that pretended to have sextapes and other content which we don't have which of course resolved in very poor conversions and higher than normal refunds.

                              Should anybody have any other questions I encourage you to use our support ticket system as neither me or my staff frequent GFY thus most concerns if posted here will probably go unnoticed.
                              I totally understand why you had to do it, but I think you seriously undervalued those links / promo tools. Not to mention an email maybe? Lol I send specifically to every one of those pages, no wonder the ratios went to shit the last few weeks. I'm glad I'm done with celeb and have ignored it enough to not even notice this..

                              Edit: Is all my traffic redirecting to a fucking fucked up join page now? WTF?

                                  Checking stuff out and I'm still seeing celebrity specific pages up that I've linked to but they redirect to the actual iframe join page form = a totally fucked up page. Wow lol

                                  If you want to leave them up in hopes of saving SE terms or something at least redirect to a page that isn't supposed to be an iframe..

                                      I have to say, even with shit like this ama/gossipkings still completely destroy their competitor sponsors in conversions. It's so so sad. If you're reading this and you compete against them: your tours fucking suck.

                                          I posted it on gfy because I know of several other webmasters who just send traffic to your celeb specific links. Since you failed to send us a warning email about this change for the millionth time (pps cuts never had an email sent out, this never had an email sent out) there was really no way to know about it. Someone else had to tell me to noticed, other then ratios going to hell I had no other way of knowing.

                                          Why not just remove some of the celeb specific pages and leave the ones with the "real sex tapes" or whatever up? Traffic for generic terms in celeb like "sex tapes" is pretty minimal, people are really looking for a particular celeb. Thats why celeb specific landing pages make sense

                                              And you are also correct, ratios havent been that far off. When I say hell, that was just checking my stats for this period (was 1:4500), if I look at the last 10 days its higher then normal, but I guess everything this time of year is higher then normal.

                                              So while I understand the need to remain profitable I think we could meet somewhere in the middle ground on this one

                                                  I got the email about the PPS change, and the FakeFantasy celeb specific pages still work for me. Not sure about the other sites..
