Our brazzers division is DMCAing our tube division all the time, just like we send out 100 dmca notices to other sites every single day.

It's a part of doing business, it's the way the law works.

We follow all the rules, if you think the way to "beat us at our own game" is to BREAK dmca rules and upload our content to your own sites, do it. It will just get you sued. And you WILL lose, wherever you host it.

you do realize that the safe harbor provision is IN the DMCA

if you put up a site outside the scope of the DMCA you LOSE that safe harbor protection.

No, I am not stealing anything. Users of our tubes love brazzers content so much that they upload it for others to see. If our brazzers team thinks it's counter productive they dmca it.

I usually don't respond or get involved with threads like this. I am a smaller network, but we do always watch what the bigger fish in our pond are doing. I would like to say, in regards to this, Nathan, why not take the high road and lead by example? What is the harm in just doing honest business if these content theft rumors are true.

Because we sell flesh everyday, does that mean that we have to be shady in business? Are we any less than a mainstream business? Do we have less worth? The short answer is no. I don't know, if I were the head honcho at Manwin, I would rather be looked up too, admired, be someones aspiration, rather than having thousands of people across the world in the same business as me, praying every day for my demise. ...Just sayin

My intentions are simple. I run tube sites. They currently fall under DMCA rules and regulations. I am running them clean and perfectly legal. AK, not many as far as I can see... and we have a clear repeat infringer policy, usually the same person would upload it again, so they would be quickly banned.

We are looking at ways to tag videos and recognize if they get re-uploaded, but do not have anything definite yet as far as I know.

AdultKing, I did the same thing you are thinking. I hosted with a company in the Netherlands who didn't give a shit about DMCA law. Then I paid a team of Filipinos to upload Brazzers and Mofo videos day and night. Must have been 1000s of scenes.

Then I bought a ton of traffic, got the usual sponsors, popped up webcams , you name it.

And you want to know what happened? Manwin bought the host and shut the site down.

So you wanna know what I did? I fucking moved it to another host.

Then Manwin bought that one too and shut the site down again.

I figured third time is a charm, so I hosted it in China. I figured for starters, they don't allow porn but since I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy named Chow, I figured we could make it happen and it would be untouchable.

Guess what happened?

Yup. Manwin bought them too. But did they shut the site down? No, they shut the whole host down AND told the Chinese authorities about the operation and the guys went to prison for 7 years each. Poor Chow.

To put it into perspective, do you think an army of piss ants who built a colony under a super highway even knows that super highway exists? They don't. It is too huge for them to even know it's there. So they just go on about their piss ant business oblivious to what is happening above them. But every now and then those piss ants climb up on the highway by mistake can get squished.

My point is, they are a steamroller driving full speed on a super highway and you are a piss ant. And collectively, we are an army of piss ants standing in the face of this steamroller up on a super highway.

And I know what you're thinking. You're thinking that while a piss ant may not know about the super highway, he may know about the steamroller. Right? I thought the same thing and boy was I wrong. I know this isn't popular, but you are better off politely and respectfully engaging Nathan/Manwin and see what you can do business wise "today" to further your business or stay in business. Yelling, screaming and complaining about who did what when, wont help you out "today."

Manwin is here and are not going anywhere. All bullshit aside I know that there are a lot of site owners working with Manwin and are using the tube traffic to get sales. Its turing into an affiliate/sponsor relationship that seems to be working.

Not ass kissing, just stating a fact that is relevant "today". So you can make nice with the 800 pound gorilla or get eaten by it. The choice is yours.
