The biggest obstacle in online adult

IMO the biggest obstacle is getting enough traffic to run accurate tests in a certain amount of time. Once you are able to run quick tests on EVERY aspect of everything, you can begin to finely tune your traffic and make sure you are getting the most out of it.

If you are having to wait a month or months to gather enough data to get a rough idea on what is working somewhere it could change by then and be useless.

If you don't test or optimize anything you're a moron.

The biggest obstacle in online adult is the need for so much traffic to run tests or get a sign up.

Any porn industry that needs 1,000 horny men looking at porn to get a sign is severely fucked up. Any industry that thinks the solution is to get 2,000 horny men to look at porn to solve the problem is severely fucking mental.

How many threads is it possible for one human to hijack by posting the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again?

Traffic is and has always been #1. without traffic even the best content is useless.

And without content the site is a blank page. You need content and traffic.

Getting men to look at porn is a no brainer. Anyone can do it.

The problem is online porn needs so many to look before one buys. And that problem has been getting worse and worse.

I've listened to this twaddle for over 10 years and watched what was an easy product to sell become near impossible. Why is simple, after 12 years of online porn, the traffic needed to sell a pornsite is vast. And now Jake high lights the added problem, getting the traffic is getting tougher.

The problems are getting worse and with you guys in charge, they won't get any better.

Regular porn doesn't do it for me, unique porn does. When I go to google and type out what I am interested in, I get results for a blog site that is saturated in porn I don't even want to look at.

It sucks, my dick doesn't get hard and I just mosey along. Search engines play a primitive role on this industry and same with mainstream, it is getting harder and harder to rain for keywords that your site desires. If I type in ebony porn and get something like playboy.com, I would be fuck I am just going to a tube.

You have to define your brand. If it takes months or years, whatever. Build forums, dedicate yourself in ad spaces like banners so you are on a site other surfers in that niche want, be unique, show equality, different. It aint ten 10 years ago, build traffic to your site and when ýou finallý do, spread the traffic out and most of all don't think like a webmaster all the time, think of the everyday user.

I think this industry is starting to more resemble a real one (minus the piracy). You can't just open a shop on "Who Cares St." selling anything and expect to turn an amazing profit.

I got an idea.

Sell what is worth buying.
Just throwing that out there.

A lot of sites out there I would never think twice about subscribing to. I would only buy into a few really because they are worth buying. I love selling what I would buy and thats what I do, if I think I wouldnt buy it I wont sell it. It is no coincidence a few programs are cleaning house right now. I guess that explains why some of my ratios are actually good as of late.

It's really that simple.
