I dunno man, job market is fucking insane these days.

Heh... since when have skills been a factor for some in this biz? There are always companies out there prepared to hire the job hoppers.

Not saying that Chris is a job hopper or without a skill set... he knows how to hustle.

But let's face it... there are plenty of people in the biz with resumes a mile long for better and for worse.

While that could possibly redeem him in the eyes of some, I'm guessing he had to have signed a pretty major NDA or agreement of some kind. If he didn't, then HORRIBLE move on the part of .xxx.

I'd bet my paycheck there was an ironclad NDA signed by him before they lent him the keys. I am curious about the reasons behind the going their separate ways but I dont think we will ever know what really went down

I barely know Chris, haven't followed the drama too closely but I can tell you that 99% of you monkeys dancing at his misfortune are one bad day with the fry-0-lator away from the same fate.
karma is a bitch when you're an unskilled porn slinger taking shots at someone when they're down.

Normally, I'd be in 100% agreement with you on the 'karma' front, but in this case, Chris absolutely brought the parade of relentless schadenfreude on himself.

His deplorable conduct since his (ultimately very short-lived) new gig was announced completely dissolved any sympathy or empathy I conceivably might have been able to muster for someone in his situation.

It isn't simply a matter of his being deeply, fundamentally unprofessional over the last few weeks (there's nothing at all unusual about that in this space, after all), it's that he was so completely ineffective in communicating anything of value on behalf of his erstwhile employer while playing out his little Charlie Sheen 'winning' fantasy. To top it all off, his antics were just plain uninteresting; there was nothing remotely entertaining or compelling about any of it.

As such, in this instance, I simply have no pathos for the pathetic.

The guy doing all the roofs here after the last monsoon drives out to the jobsite in a Range Rover.

An entrepreneur can make money in any field and there's no shame, in my opinion to being the boss.

I'd take being the boss of a successful garbage dump over being an employee at Ferrari dealership.

I know this guy who chases hail storms and fixes hail damage and makes millions doing it.

However, he also doesn't post on GFY.

Then he doesn't exist.

A couple of those guys moved in and set up shop near here after the last hailstorm. They had a lot full of luxe cars that looked like fucking golf balls - stuff like Panameras, a CLK Black, Audi R8, just a rap video's worth of steel.

While I agree, that really had nothing to do with my reply to 12 dicks. He was mentioning how no one here has any skills to fall back on, with of course the exception of him and his roofing skills.

Also, just because someone drives an expensive vehicle doesn't automatically mean they are financially successful just the same as someone who drives an old/lesser expensive one is poor.

To your post, I would rather have my own grass cutting business before I would go work for another company and have a JOB.

I'm sorry, willy. what skills do you have to fall back on again? copying other peoples' work thru "team click cash" and pretending to be helping them?:1orglaugh

Copied other people's work? son you disappoint me. The irony of that statement is beyond funny. I have been the one that has been copied by others several times. Who are these people I copied? Name names son, post some proof of these allegations son. You can't point to one post ever made by anyone who said I copied their work, but instead I can point to countless threads where I have people posting saying I helped them. Prove me wrong son, just find one person to say I copied their work with some type of proof and I will never post on GFY again. On the other hand you should be banned for making allegations without backing them up. Tell these "people" to speak up, point to a post, mention who "told" you this, anything other than bullshit to back it up??

I didn't know you and Clickcash were so tight and they shared info with you in regards to how much I am making with them... :1orglaugh:upsidedow moron.

I do have a question. I have a shingle roof, I think 20 year warranty, I noticed a couple of the shingles started folding back from high winds we had a couple days ago. The house is only 10 years old. Do you think I can have someone come out and fix that under warranty or should I push them to replace the whole thing?

I always wondered how you can collect on these 20-25 year shingle warranties. Like good luck :1orglaugh
