The people from .xxx told told that they will scan for spyware.
But it isn't forbidden to put 20 pop-ups and 20 pop-unders on your parked site. There goes the 'good' reputation they want if everybody does that. So if you have to buy them, use a lot of pop ups to make .xxx look bad.
