Horriffic. Here is a video taken inside that very tornado.

The video i took while at Fastrip on east 20th street. We huddled in the back of the store until the glass got sucked out , then ran into the walk in storage fridge. Sorry for the lack of visuals but the audio is pretty telling of how intense the storm was. The tornado hits at around 2:20 seconds.

That hit way too close to home. My family all lives in that area. Luckily they are all ok, but my heart just aches for all the people that lost loved ones and homes.

Let's all build our houses where Tornados constantly form.

I am sick to my stomach! I grew up about 35 minutes south of Joplin close to Neosho. I have soooo many people effected by this. I feel helpless since I live so far away now! My cousin actually survived her house collapsing around her and her family! Please keep everyone out there in your hearts!!

I grew up in Springfield and was just out there last week. It makes me ill every time I see pictures.

I am sorry that your cousin lost her home, but grateful that she and her family are safe.

Actually, those constantly flooding homes are paid for by our federal tax dollars.... over and over and over....

Amazing content! Horrible to know that people die! As far as the content goes though, I have never seen the sky move around an area so fast as it did in that scene. Thanks. Best wishes to those that have been in a tornado.
