How does the NSA get it's information?

I was watching 60 minutes where they had this NSA agent who is being charged with espionage next month for talking to the press about how they fucked up the whole 911 thing and could have prevented it if they used a better system that was available instead of the useless one they were using.

But what exactly do they use? How the hell do they intercept all those messages from around the world? Do they get private messages from online chats and instant messages as well? How is that even legal if so?

actually they meant thermate and you don't know what you are talking about..

not the kind of thing you can answer/debunk "off the cuff".

for the record i dont think there was any explosion other than the plane , but it doesn't mean you can debunk things incorrectly.

hardened steel will not puddle using jet fuel as a fuel source to heat it, it simply cannot get hot enough as far as i am aware. but maybe it was aluminum or some other metal who knows.

this is the problem with not doing a proper open investigation into 9/11. alot of questions , with people not qualified to answer them.
