    Vivid is a Phone? what confusion can you have with vivid entertaiment and HTC?

    Vivid do you really need the attention, that you had to go after HTC for the name Vivid on a phone?

              You have to be in the same industry to have a valid infringement case for a similar name.
              Or has the law changed?
