Curious, if OSHA makes it condom only in California, you guys could to take your production elsewhere?

I did, however, see the Times Square billboard, and I don't recall reading anywhere about porn performers being tested.

We have production in 3 places in the US and 1 place in Europe right now. Only one of those 4 is in OSHA territory.

We had the large ad in NYC, and we have 3 main PSAs (which we use for our DVD production as pre-roll and are promoting elsewhere): http://getrubber.com/videos.php

There's an OSHA in Florida, as well as Nevada. In fact, if I'm not totally mistaken, there's an occupational safety department in all 50 of our glorious states.

There's two states where the production of adult content is legal: California and New Hampshire.

The message of the billboard was "use condoms"... if you think our billboard on times square was somehow targeted only at porn stars, then that's not my problem.

And if there is OSHA in every state or not, I also do not care, right now, cal osha is the only one caring, if the others follow, let them follow. If we have to use condoms, we will use condoms, I think its not needed and I stand up for what I think... I think condoms in general are important though.
