everybody seems to refer to the image/thumbnail taken from a video to represent it that is used on a Flash player when it's not playing rather than leaving a black screen. what do you call it?

yeah i call it the poster shot, guess i picked it up from JWPlayer's site, BUT when i use that term nobody seems to know what i'm talking about so i have to explain what i am referring to. which is why i asked if there's a more popular term for it that more people would understand.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting.
