I relapsed into WoW as a Worgen but snapped out of it and haven't looked back.

For as much as I would live to be a gamer it's just too counter-productive being a webmaster. I wish I could balance both, but I cannot.

thats pretty much my dilemna. I went from sitting at my desk to being very mobile, I update sites from laptop on the go now and rarely sit at my "desk" anymore... shit, I update sites with my phone now LOL

but i gotta admit, i stil get the craving to just sit down and play something to kill time since i dont watch TV - but i am right with you.

I may kick on my old Ultima Online accnt if its still in their system just for fun and play on Siege perilous for a bit lol

im totally clueless about consoles, i prefer pc gaming, what system is that? I like good zombie killing! my brother has every damn console can imagine so I play his sometimes when by his house hahah

Agreed, can't wait for number 3 to come.

Been playing Brink lately, it's not bad at all love my FPS.

Also just got into Hydrophobia Prophecy third person but still decent, very deep storyline.

I was addicted to this game on my Blackberry where you try to get 2 adults, 4 kids, a criminal and a guard across a river but now I can solve it I've gone off it a bit. I still play Star Trek Bridge Commander on my laptop now and then but my main game love is COD3. When the PS3 net came back I played a very enjoyable 30 minutes.

Gears of War beta but it just ended yesterday.

L.A. Noire comes out today so I'm picking that up. It's using a new motion capture that picks up every motion of the actor's face. It's not just for show as I guess when interrogating suspects you have to read facial expressions to determine whether they're lying or hiding information. Sounds pretty cool and a good demo of some new technology.

Another cool thing is that the voices match the mouths perfectly. Sounds like a small thing but that's what always makes games look stupid during cut scenes.

Shin Megami Tensei series (including the free MMO), Mass Effect series, and Tales Of series = constant replay value. I think I have a few of you on my XBL friends list who can vouch for the fact that I tend to 100% achievement on BioWare games in particular because I play them over and over.

And since PSN is back up, DC Universe Online. I missed my martial artist supervillainess =3

Micro-transactions. IE, the game itself is free to play and in theory you never have to spend anything, but in order to get the best gears and perks, you can pay real money for excellent weapons/armor/etc. Think of it like using XBL points for DLC.

For example, this game: http://megaten.aeriagames.com - is free to download, play, etc. But I know people who drop hundreds of dollars monthly on the item mall (the reason I linked it is so you can look at the item mall and get a better idea of what I'm talking about - the prices are all in AP, and 100 AP = $1 roughly).

gotcha, im old school Ultima Online UO player so I understand, they started doing that type of stuff but its not for "better" weps, in game items always beat them, its usually pets, house items etc...

so ok, got it. id never spend money buying swords LOL but i understand how they do it then,... id rather just pay monthly fee and have to do dungeons crawls over and over to get good items LOLs

I wish I had time anymore, between work, baby and trying to lose the baby weight, I get about 30 minutes of me time and that is better spent doing other things... However back in the day, HALO was my drug of choice and still is.

I still find time to play. Last night I was up til 2 am playing the new LA Noir from Rockstar. Haven't gotten too deep into it yet, but its pretty good so far.

Still managed to get up at 630am this morning with three munchkins in tow. At which pointg both my phone and Nook are taken while a 2 and 3 year old get their Angry Birds fix.
