Since this is the second time you are preparing to fight Mir (the fight was postponed months ago as I recall), you've been training to fight him on and off for several months now, so what do you do the last week before the fight to prepare?

I would guess that it is more mental than physical at this point, right?

I have acutually trained twice to fight him before.. both time I had to pull with injury week of fight....

basicly what happend was Pushed hard training to far each time.. I fight on friday so what I did was push training until tuesday then weight cut wed and weigh in thursday fight friday....

THIS TIME I stopped my sparring last tuesday NO injuries .. I feel fucking great man... just watching weight and cardio now... game plan is in place... make sure you fuckers stream this fight.. and don't turn away....

but yes the last week is more mental than anything.. yesterday I had some good little week out jitters... had a meeting with my corner today.. I feel fucking great man I really do... im so excited I can;t even put into words.....


now if I can just make a buck cause im fucking broke after a 10 week camp LOL....
