What I don't get is so called Transgendered people.

In pretty much every other situation, if somebody's brain is behaving abnormally, we try to treat the condition and not say "oh they were just born that way".

For instance, somebody who suffers from clinical depression isn't just bound to be depressed. We don't walk on eggshells around them, as a society, because they were "born that way". No, we try to fix the chemical imbalances and bring them back to "normal".

If you're born biologically male, you're male. You can be attracted to other males, or an effeminate male, but you are male no matter what your brain is telling you.

Interestingly enough, while I know several gay people for whom it is simply a sexuality and not their personality, I've never met a "transgendered" person that didn't focus their entire life, essentially, around transgendered issues. I'm sure they do exist mind you and I certainly know or have known many more gay people than Transgendered so I suppose it's not a very good comparrision.

Yes, but then on top of that they want special protections and rights to protect them from being discriminated against.

Sorry, you're fucking crazy and guess what? I don't really want any part of your transgendered transformation drama. That doesn't mean I'm a biggot, it just means to each their own.

Where do we draw the line? I believe I am actually a space alien trapped in a human body! Nobody can prove it's not true! You can't discriminate against me, because I'm not just fucking nutty, I was born this way!

Right but we're complex creatures and thus aren't as primitive as you describe. If people lived life the way you believe they're "suppose to live" then why is monogamy encourage? Why are post-pubescent teenagers not encouraged to have as many children as they can? Why don't we kill the person next door if it means more food and shelter?

The answer to all these questions is we're not a bunch of primitive dumb fucks who focus our entire life mission as drones with the sole purpose of survival and replication.

Well you can't really blame them considering the stigmatization and discrimination they face.

I know it's harder to imagine than, saying, being a fat nerd talking about how certain segments of the population are "annoying" and "only talk about their issues", but it's an interesting point to bring up especially for people capable of thinking with more than their dicks.

Right, but let's pretend that you've managed to reach the 3rd grade and analyze this like adults...why not ask the question WHY should people ever hide who they are to begin with? We should focus on that (like grownups!) as opposed to being concerned with "who's had it worse"

what exactly is the "gay agenda"?
To live our lives and not lose our jobs, apartments, get harassed for who we are?
I lost a job because I was harassed for being gay.

That's because you live in Sofia. Don't do that. Not very gay friendly in that region of the world.

EDIT: Nevermind, just realized your location says 'sofla', not 'sofia'. My apologies!
