CCBill news error. What does it mean?

So i've got into the news section for the first time https://admin.ccbill.com/affiliatead...ws.cgi?popup=1

and for every title i click i get this page

btw i see such reports for other accounts too 903744, 903724, 903754, etc...

looks like that's an old ccbill "client" account of yours that you no longer use
