Americans will start moving out of the US
I've heard some countries are going to be running ads in the US to get wealthy Americans to completely move, even offering deals like instant citizenship, no taxes, and interest free loans for their business.

raise the tax on the rich and they will find other ways to not pay any taxesCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

you cant get your money out of the US/EU for zero and rich people aren't going to close down their companies or relocate them to 3rd world countries just to skip paying taxes.
they may have an incentive to move their residence, but taxes aren't one of them. most expats don't pay local taxes, and most rich guys can live wherever the hell they want. they move around so much that Visas are a non-issue.
this deal would be more suited to middle class retirees, so that Florida and Arizona don't get all those pension checks. go tell Madison Ave.

The US actually has investor visas with 10,000 yearly quota for anyone who plunks down $1mil+ but immigration gives out only around 500 yearly and denies the rest, go figure.
The problem is many universities have been poaching away quite a bit of students away from the US who would have paid out-of-state tuition rates, which is how many colleges and universities can afford their programs. Now countries are going after the rich, should be interesting to see how that plays out. Although many rich are already settled in Monaco.........

Some countries have offered an instant citizenship for an 'investment' in their government. Belize used to do this. The program was halted shortly after 9/11 due to pressure from the US government's anti-terrorist policies. Almost no countries offer this anymore.

What other Country has all the goodies a rich American needs to maintain the life style they built up and pay zero or low taxes?

My girlfriend and I have been discussing this quite a bit lately. Mostly because we live in NY, which has the highest property tax in the country...and we're in one of the counties that get's hit the hardest. We pay just under $1000 a month for property tax. At this point, we would be happy to just get out of state.
Something like this from a country like Belize or Costa Rica would have me seriously considering a move south.Comment
