It literally took about a half of a minute

The only bad thing about cox residential is that the 3-10 upload only stays that fast for a couple of minutes... then it'll plummet down to 200k or some shit (that turbo boost bullshit)

Use RG6 coax
I was doing 30+ with cox in Kansas (and that was the second from top level service!)
