I use them for couple small sites and pics.

Just got a chat response in 1 minute, support is actually pretty good but I think the shared hosting accounts are pretty slow.

But uptime is really good now. my iPowerWeb hosting was down like 20% of the time every day so I went back to Arvixe.

Might try them for a NATS server if their speed is good.

Last time I dropped arvixe and went with a $80/month server who put me on a $120/month plan anyway, same price as Arvixe!

Where can you test their server speed?

I have a server with Arvixe.
First was shared, the Vps, then dedicated.

Is one of the several hosting companies i use, and together with servint i have to say are the best i ever tried .

Almost no downtime, support is great, etc, etc
