    Osama was not a Diabetic that needed Dialysis.

    For you conspiracy experts that said such things...
    Once again you are wrong.

    So please update you're little realities and stories or better yet just say the news lies.

          He could have been doing Peritoneal dialysis and not Hemo dialysis...huge difference between treatments and Peritoneal dialysis can be done at home by yourself if you have a permanent insertion tube in the abdomen.
