Tubesites allowed on .XXX? Whats point for companies to join if they are. If no, is Mansef going to sit idle and watch their money burn up?

Also, if US mandates .XXX what happens with torrents, and pornsites from other
countries? Mainstream film companies cant stop torrents how's it possible for ICM.
Would it even be legal to block net porn from non US soil, doesn't our country have something called 1st amendment?

I say wait until someone buys your trademark and then snag it back - it wont cost you a shit ton in legal fee's if anything. A simple letter you can write that proves trademark will be able to get the domain handed over

The problem is all of ICM's rules and laws, and their child protection front. Just another tld wouldn't have all this "hoopla" attached to get your site up and running. Seems clear ICM's main ambition is to monetize adult traffic. Or else they wouldn't be putting so much money and effort into this scam.

If they think they can legislate porn with a TLD there smoking some great stuff.

It's a hopeful scam, hopeful that 1,000s will buy the TLD extension. The big question for us is "Why buy it?"
