I would see if you can get something that approximates the size that you would like, and wear it in a bra

I know that you can get that sort of thing someplaces

After seeing a show on TV where a girl got implants, and then wanted to go back for a second surgery to go bigger, it's important that you make as informed a decision as possible

It's not worth it if you need multple surgeries

I'm not sure about anywhere else but in Ottawa they get you to wear a sports bra and put the actual implant in it.
I've done this and I decided on 325 cc's

Then that's what you should get, as long as you are comfortable with the surgeon

everyone is going to look different with even the same size implants, depending on how tall they are, body structure etc, it has to be what you decide will be comfortable, and the way you think will look good

In Ottawa it's $5,000 (everything included).
The implants have a life time guarantee . If they leak etc... they replace them for free, but you have to pay $1,000 for the docter's fee,anesthetics etc...

But no matter how much you pay or what doc you choose you can always have something go wrong.

Seriously, I would say that 95% of breasts implants look awful... maybe a 5% look alright!

Yeah I used to go out with this girl that when she was laying on her back or side you could see the dimples/ruffles in the bags they were in...looked bad.

So don't be cheap pink... get the highest quality bag-o-breasts you can afford

And make sure the doctor that installs them isn't famous for making those nasty looking smiley faced scars on your nipples.

Theres probably some good lotion or something (aloe? Vitamin A+E+D mix?) that you can put on them to reduce scarring.
