So true... my mom had implants about 6 years ago, and the left one is-a-leaking. She is going in to have them re-done, and while it won't cost her for the implant, it will for the antestisa and the hospital time. Salines are the way to go, or they even have some new techniques for migrating fat from elsewhere on the body to the boobal area.

I've seen some nice boobals done this way.

No they don't use silicone anymore. Saline is a much more natural feel and it looks more realistic.
I heard about using fat in lips but not for implants.

For me I'm getting them done because I do have low self esteem and I have breastfed three kids (three yrs.). So my boobs are not what they used to be.
I'm not out to impress anyone but myself.

Actually my doc told me that those would be the wose ones to get.
Only because when you lie down they look funny. But the circular ones move and look properwhen you're lying down.
