Where to find good app developers for iOS/Android?
Seems like most of the major players will develop it but want a commission for the life of the app. Does anyone know where I can find a coder to build me an app for a one time flat fee? Should be a pretty simple job.

nothing is pretty simple since it isn't like you can just whip up a GUI and the guts of the program by painting by numbers.
