maybe its just me but I can't help think that some of those girls on FreeCamsExposed/liveFreeFun aren't ever going to be winning any beauty contests. No wonder i'm struggling on this CrakMedia $2.50 ppl scheme.Surfers just aren't lnterested nor have they been for months.
The whole sorry webcam business needs a good kick up the ass . The girls need to use decent quality cameras . They need to make more of an effort and try and not look like cheap hookers absolutely bored out of their skulls. The websites are stuck in the dark ages and need a 2013 revamp . Cam sites are making money with sites made this way, and with those girls you say would not win a contest. It is not the cam site operators fault if there's all those customers who waste so much money with those sites and models. As well as models should not be more entertaining, or would not get the drama money. Drama money it is bigger than entertainment money. In fact, girls appearing upset with the guy, can psycho-brainwash the weak guy who will give her all his money to make her smile or, who knows why.

Crappy due to what and for who? For example let's say you don't like a certain car, let's say a Prius or a Lamborghini, but there's people who buy the one and the other, despite you would do them different, so who sells this car is making money, who buy is happy, all is ok - if you're not ok, sure you make happy some other seller. People waste large amount of money in questionable ways, see Las Vegas and the gambling thing, for example. Of course most people will think it is silly to put lots money in slot machines every day (in fact, most people don't do it), also say slots look ugly and they could design a casino better; this is same as how you told of cam sites or cam girls should be better, but, the reality it is if those sites as mfc are up from years, they obviously sell as can pay affiliates and everything... it means that's the way, ok for the people who buy cams. Those who think it should be different, are those who do not buy (includes affiliates: how many affiliates there are also customers wasting lots money in cams?), so even they made a site different, they would not buy, and make it less good for those who buy, which is the only ones to care about.Comment

I guess MFC and Crakmedia must be doing something right after all. (Maybe i just secretly want my own cam site with my own design and loads of pretty girls to model on it. People who want own cam site, are those who have not tried to have one. In fact whoever tried to run a cam site, now hate to run cam site (all ones I know - no matter it had success or fail, it is the cam site running that spoils it). I run cam sites from nearly 10 years and I can tell it is a mess even when sales are good, I don't advise anyone to do that.Comment

Some suggestions:
- Quality selfshot-style photos of models, for their profiles and for promo.
- Model profiles to be well written by a native English speaker, even if it means making shit up. (Half of Webcams.com models have "hot fantasies / no fantasies" as their default turn-ons and turn-offs)
- Uppers for models who need them
- For Russian and Eastern European models, tap into the internet's fascination with Russia and Russian women. Get her to make a video on a dashcam. Have fun in the snow, then do nature pics in summer. (Some of them do but it's nowhere near good enough)
- High quality cameras as has been suggested.
- Attention paid to how the top American cam girls promote themselves on social networks. Yes affiliates can do this, but it's not much good if the end product is so disappointing.
- Blur the distinction between network and indie cam girls. Have wishlists, clip stores etc. that surfers can buy from and affiliates can still get credit for.
I personally think that the best webcam site hasn't been invented yet. MFC, Chaturbate and the new free one all have their flaws. Livejasmin's new design looks like a step in the right direction though.Comment
