      Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

              Opposition to hemp growing has come from some law enforcement agencies who fear they won't be able to tell hemp plants, from marijuana plants.
              In related news, some law enforcement agencies employ officers who don't know their assholes from their elbows.... but so far, nobody is calling for a ban on having limbs.

                      I think its a great idea. It wont be hard to train enforcement officers to tell the difference between Hemp and Weed.
