Only thing that sucks is that it actually worked for .xxx. He tried and failed about 10x before he got it to go through. Really hope the IPO doesn't go through, would like to see them bastards not get their big payday.

Talk about a lot of debt:

305M in the hole, and paying 14% interest. And last year they had a whopping Net Loss of 43.2 million.

If anyone doesn't see this as a way for the "executive officers, directors, and principal stockholders" to all of a sudden get a wealth of their own stock, so they can then cash it in and run with the money, they are crazy. Basically they going to let John Public buy stock, making their paper with something so they can cash in their own shares before the company goes bankrupt. I don't know shit about stocks but this one looks pretty fucking obvious. Why would anyone want to buy stock in that company.

Strange, it didn't say anything about the Facebook lawsuit either

This is great news. With a 1/3 billion turn over in porn they made a loss.

Obviously reach (traffic) means little.

The loss might be an accountants mastery, but good luck selling it.

I just paid cash for my new Range Rover after winning the grand prize of the Nostrings contest Plus they give me Penthouse Pets whenever needed.. I shit you not and have the pics to prove it.

With that said, dont buy the stock. Im gunna bankrupt them. With a combo of sexual harassment lawsuits from the Pets and the high payout and amount they pay to spoil me it makes no sence..

Just to point out that Penthouse is very likely a big cause for that loss. They are a 100,000 pound weight that drags down anything that company touches. Print mags died several years ago, yet they keep losing money trying to keep penthouse's printing division going. They sunk Ibill when they attached on to it, and now it is pulling AFF down. Everything they touch turns to shit.
