    ccbill sales delay or lost?

    hello gfy. i want to ask, have you ever had problem with ccbill and external program tracking? i mean, if program use nats or other third party tracker and you are paid by ccbill, have you got all sales counted in ccbill? today i made sale at nip activity, time 11:40 cet, another sale is czechcash 11:42 cet, now is 14:52 cet and sales are not on my ccbill account. no refund or chargeback on that third party software, so it have to be a sale. so, i tried to check my account at nip activity, there is 15 sales for this year with 300+ usd revenue, checking my linked account on ccbill, and i see 3 sales with 150 usd this year, 150 usd differency? so, checked my czech cash account, counted all refund and cbs, but still i see 10 sales more in czechcash nats for this year than in czechcash ccbill account. can please someone explain me what is going on here? and i am asking here to let you know, as i know there is one more guy who is experiencing similar things ... thank you for any answers and have a nice day everyone!

      I'm not sure what is the reason for the discrepancy. I've always wanted to see more configuration details within Nats to see how exactly things are configured as it relates to anything connected with how affiliates are credited and paid. In my opinion there should be a universal page which cannot be hidden by the sponsor and it should show all configuration changes within the last 30 days at least.

      I checked an old Nats program which uses the old ccbill paid function and the numbers matched up for me. Could it have something to do with voids or is there the possibility of the sponsor using a uncredited (to ccbill) cascade?

                              Because stats are hard work for an industry that was at the forefront of online sales. I mean it's really fucking hard to get a signup, track it to the correct affiliate, show their cut in the stats then actually pay them. This is all brand new stuff that thousands of geniuses are working on around the clock to address. Maybe in 50 or so years everyone can get paid what they are owed without any bullshit but until then there is always GFY to complain to and CCBill offering to test your account so they can find no problems on their end.

                                      It would be nice to have affiliate programs and software regulated much like U.S. states have a division of weights and measures to certify gas pumps work correctly, wouldn't it. That or a couple of examples of people facing hard time for fraud for playing around with stats. No argument there.

                                      Nothing on CCBill here of course. There's way too much potential for it to be another issue that is not their fault.

                                          It would be nice but shouldn't be necessary. Writing affiliate software that does what it's supposed to is not rocket science and they know exactly what they are doing. Hell, adult affiliates have always accepted skimming and other forms of assfuckery as long as they got a decent amount of money on their checks in the end. But no, it always has to be pushed to the breaking point.

                                          Everything about this industry from the top down is designed to fuck over affiliates. Sure, there are / were some great companies in the mix that did things completely above board but they are / were few and far between. Now the industry is consolidating and being bought up by a few mega companies that got rich fucking over affiliates, are getting richer continuing to fuck over affiliates and who will soon (now?) not even give a shit to deal with affiliates at all.

                                                              I think you're mostly right. At the same time unfortunately many affiliates don't seem very bright and bring much of it on themselves by being ignorant. If you're careful about who you promote and paying attention you'll do better and not get screwed near as much. If you follow the bros and chase $100 PPS while ignoring your gut you'll probably get screwed every other week. It's too bad the ignorant affiliates hurt us all to an extent by allowing the bad elements to thrive and get to where they are.

                                                                      Oh it's blatantly obvious that most affiliates aren't bright at all. They can't even grasp the most basic of concepts and they are shortsighted to the core. Many of the old timers weren't that bright to begin with either and that is becoming more and more obvious as this industry leaves them behind. How many rambling ass has beens have posted here in the last several years? I've seen a few trying to stroke their own egos in the last two days when it is obvious to everyone that they have failed completely and don't have a clue what to do about it. It is fun to watch but it's sad that there was so much potential here just a few years ago and that most of it has been squandered.

                                                                                      Thats what i thought but the owner told me that i need to be with both CCBill and Verotel to get credited with all sales. I did that and i havent had a problem since - All sales seem to be credited.

                                                                                          Was just about to hit up the live chat again when i read this.

                                                                                          Todays sales, up untill this minute exactly 35 sales, 1 refund, 2 expired subscriptions.

                                                                                          Thats when i count the emails i get from the ccbill system.

                                                                                          When i check the stats in the ccbill admin area: 2 sales, 1 refund.

                                                                                          Now i can understand there is a little delay, but not THIS much. Not real time fine, but theres something way off.

                                                                                                  ok thank you for the info, talked with owner and there are both systems needed, didnt know that before so problem on my side, shame there is no cascade or something so it will be easier for affiliates as i am almost not promoting verotel and half nip sales goes there ...

                                                                                                          Still getting denials with no email notifications.... tier 2 tech said he went over my client account thoroughly and found nothing wrong with any of our settings.

                                                                                                          Of course thats standard script "nothing is wrong everything is fine" but my stats say different...

                                                                                                          looking at about 6 or 7 denials this past week, with no email notification and no decline or denial reason in the admin.

                                                                                                          Support was contacted 3-4 days ago, they assured me they would get right back and even sent an email saying they were looking into it but........

                                                                                                          still no official reason for the missing emails and lack of denial/decline data in admin....
