Best location for a blog and why?
Lets say I have a site that sells individual videos. Lets say I have 30 vids available.
Lets say I want to write a blog, to promote these videos. Each post is about a specific video, but it is written as if its the girl in the video, talking about what happened. The poll options are self explanatory, but which would be preferable, and WHY? Thanks |

Bump for more opinions.
I can understand the value of the separate URL and IP for interlinking etc, however when weighed against the extra activity on the main domain, and the main site itself appearing more active and with more content, I cant really decide... |

But it would look a bit unnatural to have a blog that exclusively links to pages on only one other site, so my vote goes for www.mydomain.com/blog.
But I know nothing about anything, so don't take my advice (unless by some sheer coincidence I happen to be right).

many big network blog owners wont give you backlinks to subdomain and freehosted blogs on the other hand the easy way is mysite.com/blog |
