I'm sitting here renewing an endless list of domains (mainly adult and I'm not going to be posting them all here) which are currently unused. I have an obsession with registering them, but unfortunately I don't have the time to develop them.

I'm thinking of finding a few people who are interested in working with me to develop a few or eventually many of them.

I am not looking for money or resources.
I am looking for someone with fresh ideas.
I am looking for someone with a reputation in the industry.
I am not looking for someone looking to break into the industry.

I'd provide financial support and resources (hosting, development, etc.), but I am not looking to be taking an active roll in running anything, my days are too busy as it is

he is looking for a project developer - pretty common. He has the domains and resources to fund these domains just doesnt have the idea's..

One thing i found odd was he did ask for some info on the ideas you had - kinda hard to give those ideas in the original email without knowing the property you have.
