Fees:
less than $100 -->7%
$100 to $300 --> 5%
$300 to $500 --> 3%
Unless you're a very very VERY known person in the industry or I've worked with you before, I won't do any transfer over $500 at first (although I can up the ante after a few successful exchanges). Besides, you must pay with Paxum before I send the money via Paypal. Anyway, hit me up if you need some or feel free to bumps this

No. Like I said before, I don't do this as a business, hence the extremely low rates. And Paypal is a bunch of crooks so money is totally unsafe, too much risk for something I don't even care much about. Plus, every single scammer in this board has already contacted me to do a transfer, and all of them wanted to give Paypal (which they can reverse and Paypal will even give them a pat in the shoulder) and get money from payment methods I'd have a hard time to recover (if ever). No thanks.
