Tell me, would you pay for this?

First she wasnt there at all.

Then she starts texting someone for another 3-4 minutes.

i'm not attacking you, i don't even know what sites you own. But your observations about cam sites bases on one bad experience with one cam girl on one cam site is far from resounding evidence to support your claims.

The fact of the matter is all cam sites have some chat host who aren't great. They all have some that may have to step away from the camera for a minute or at times might not be the most responsive. It's rare a potential cam customer will land on a cam site, not like the first girl and then just leave the site. Most of the time they browse around.
