    Had some time to kill (pics)

    After Phoenix, we took a little drive through the southwest. After that, we had to go up to San Francisco for ad:tech, but we still had a few days until that show.

    Since goodgirl's birthday was Sunday and we did not have to be in SF until Tuesday, we decided to drive up early so we could go visit Pt Reyes National Seashore and Tule Elk Reserve.

      After ad:tech, and since we were in the neighborhood, or the general vicinity anyhow, I decided it was time to settle the age old dispute of who had the better donuts in the SF Bay area. We stopped at three shops for samples.

                      There was a heated discussion on FBook. Someone had to suck it up and do the test. I should have a written review by the end of the week.


                      Anyway, by the time we got home, we had about enough time to pick up Buddy, eat dinner, do laundry and take goodgirl to the airport. I then took Buddy back to my dad's and headed out to Death Valley for the 27th Annual Challenge Cup Relay (would not have been fair to bring him).

                                                              Eat crap all the time? Not really. I eat good, but usually good food. The doughnut experiment was for science.

                                                              For the test we only had two donuts at each location (well, except Dynamo, that insisted we try their season hot cross bun). We then split the donuts, so we each only had one doughnut (or 1.5 at Dynamo).

                                                              To be honest, by the time we left the second shop I was donutted out and had to finish the test the next day.
