FYI:
Kitty abducted my daughter out of the country when the judge refused her full custody despite my consent. She also illegally sold the Mercedes on finance to someone who broke it down into parts. Stole my computers and all our stock. Kitty is wanted by the Police in Tasmania (where she is from), a person of interest to NSW (Sydney) Police, and fled Queensland before child welfare could assess her.

As for stalking her ... Kitty contacted me by phone from Canada and the USA when I was living in Sydney a few years ago saying she needed money. My biz partner and I sent her thousands (I have Western Union receipts for this). I also have phone records of Kitty's calls from the USA. ICQ logs where she initiates contact and asks for money and asks me to go to the passport office in Sydney and sign a new passport for our daughter so she can leave the USA with her. I have records of this and docs from the Dept. of Immigration.

Kitty, my daughter, and her other little girl flew into Sydney and had me meet them at the airport and then stayed at my house in Lane Cove for a week. Kitty tried to frame me for stealing my own laptop from her which I had to produce a receipt for to Chattswood Police who have a very interesting profile of her. I bought it while she 2 years before she came back into Australia.

Kitty has tried to destroy, steal and disadvantage me in any way she can. I did want to make sure my daughter was ok and made enquiries through the Dept of Immigration in 2005. I knew where Kitty was yet made no effort to have her arrested or cause her any trouble.

As for Facebook I have 1 account with 5k friends and started another one because 5k is the limit and I had another 800 friends to add. I don't even know what her current name is .... so how could I add her. Kitty has been toxic to me for a long time and the only reason I have allowed her to contact me is for my daughter. I live just down the road from Kitty's Mother and Father .... I saw Kitty's Mother the other day in the street and we talked and I said I would take up the photos of her grand daughter (my daughter) I took when they were staying with me in Lane Cove, NSW (2009) after her departure from Texas.

I have mountains of documents, photos, phone records and more to contradict her stalking and hateful claims. I wish the best for her and if Kitty would have not continued with unprovoked hate attacks, and this, I would not have responded. There are 2 sides to EVERY story. Kitty will not come back to Tasmania because she has numerous outstanding Police charges ..... there is much more that I could say yet I am not interested in using a mountain of ammo because what good can come of hate. Kitty has used, scammed, lied, and stolen from me more than I could imagine, and enough is enough. I have an appointment with my lawyer next week because BEing called her stalker (7 years) Just WOW

Kitty, also the Westpac Bank fraud squad wanted to prosecute you for stealing money out of my account twice but I would not pursue it. The police wanted to charge you for gaining benefit on a loan by not disclosing a previous name change, and I protected you. You have been doing this and changing your names since you were young ... enuff is enuff. Be a good example for our daughter. Leave me the fuck alone please.

I also meant to add you are so-unstalked .... I didn't dispute the divorce (signed the papers immediately in 2005 (6 years) ago not 7 anyways if you throw enuff shit around some sticks right ... I know that is your style and so do your parents! :winkwink:

Brad, I have numerous legal docs, police reports, court docs, phone records, immigration department docs, and so much more .... the pile is around 3 feet high or more. Kitty had to put a positive spin on her leaving the country with my daughter without full custody ... then her visa ran out while she was in the USA which made it hard for her to work ... I sent thousands in Western Union transfers to her .... then because my daughters passport had expired I had to go to the passport office in Sydney to sign docs for a new passport for my daughter (who was with kitty is the USA) so she could leave and travel to Sydney where they stayed with me for over a week in February 2009 (there is a POlice report from Chattswood Police confirming she was staying there and falsely accused me of stealing my own laptop I loaned her). NSW Police came back the next day after she had left and asked for all her names.

As for custody: "I refer specifically to Paragraph 1 of the proposed orders. Firstly, I am of the view that it may not be appropriate to make an order that the child is to live full time with the mother." This is an extract from the Family Court of Australia consent order. I agreed that Kitty could have custody, yet she has gone against the order by not allowing me access, photos, or contact. The only time in the last 6 years she has was during the week she stayed at my house Feb 2009. I also discovered she was married in Texas the day before she flew out to Sydney airport where I picker her and her 2 daughters up. Kitty told me via phone and ICQ that her boyfriend (now husband) was a crack head, had abused her, and made them homeless.

I am not prepared to accept any more shit. Kitty has her own issues from being in porn ... "the look at me" not every one in porn is afflicted by this ... it prays on the emotionally insecure and is a mater of degree. I had to drive home fast in the past when we were together because she imagined her former boyfriend had flown across the country and was outside the home stalking her!

I know she has a fan club! I am not one of them ... eyes wide open here. I got through the negative emotions and have reached a point where I am going to put a stop to this. I thought having our daughter with her, traveling, a new marriage, new daughter might be enough to keep her happy yet I was clearly wrong! :2 cents:

Yeppers and Kitty twisted it by saying what she did about me in this thread. I would not have even posted if I was not mentioned/lied about. I just heard she left her husband with no money, all businesses in her name etc more of the same!
