Anyone got problems with it? With a start of these hot days my blood pressure went to basement and I feel like I will start sleeping right away. Damn it's annoying as hell!

Depends on what's causing it. On the bad end of the scale, low blood pressure can be a sign of diabetes or an abnormal heart rhythm. If you have naturally low BP and then drink alcohol or take a diuretic it can fall so low you could pass out.

If it's from salt depletion because of higher body heat, salt tablets as someone else suggested is a very good idea.

That's the second time I ever heard someone say that they have low BP. This lady I've been seeing, she has it, and she seems to just love salt. Always has to have some salt or this gatorade stuff, not sure what sports drinks do for it..
