Why make a $3k DEPOSIT, and have to deal with being a reseller, when you can get better deals without the hassle? Most people aren't going to be interested in this kind of deal.
Registrars pay $7.34 to Verisign to register a .com, so NO you are NOT getting the same price that godaddy does. In no way is resellerclub/directi a deal unless you're going to be actively reselling domains.
Here's an even bigger tip: You can go right now to internet.bs and get $7.49/year and $8.25 renewals with NO DEPOSIT. And internet.bs is a great registrar!

if you have 50+ domains with NameCheap, request activation of GOLDDEAL coupon,
and then you'll have a lifetime coupon with price of $9.28 (ICANN fee included)
for a $1 per domain (or in my case few $100 a year) I would no go with ResellerClub since their software sucks..
