Yet another Racist Tea bagger spouting nonsense... :-(

I can't believe that this guy got into office. Typical tea party racist idiot with a bunch of crazy ideas. I watched his Tea Party campaign locally in disbelief. It's obvious he hates Obama simply because he can't stand a black man being president. Worth watching just for the "wow" factor.

You are correct about him being a racist... he hates Mexicans, Arabs and Muslims (by his own admission). I can't necessarily fault him for that after they tried to assassinate him in Iraq... but it says something about his mental stability, anyway.

      Allen West = Allen Keyes

One of the first things he does in the speech is to tell the typical lie that Obama created the debt when, in fact, more than 80% of the current debt was created under Republican Administrations and the great majority of that under George Bush.

The next thing he did was to repeat a talking point about spending in February... which includes tax refund expenditures...

I could go on... but the lesson is that his speech is a perfect example of why Republicans rule the message... he didn't write it. This speech is talking point after talking point after talking point.

          .
Nice spin when you could word it that 5 trillion in debt was under Pelosi. Thinking like that is exactly what the two party system wants you to think!
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
          think about that

Interesting... I was not aware that Nancy Pelosi was President... secondly, you are wrong. $3.5 Trillion was added while Pelosi was Speaker of the House. By the time she became speaker Bush and the Republican controlled congress had already added more than that to the debt @ $4.5 Trillion.

It's not a spin, it's the truth. The amount of debt that Bush racked up was insane and thats not even counting the wars. The debt during the current administrator was mostly inherited by Obama, not created by it. And while it's easy to blame the bail-out for a big part of the debt, had he not done it the markets would have collapsed completely and the whole world would be in much worse shape than it is today.

It's time for many in US to start reading and learn about the policies and accomplishments that Obama has done so far vs GW Bush. There is a whole world of news sources out there beyond Fox. Even if you're a republican, give yourself a chance to listen to other points of view. And even if you don't want to do that, at least fact-check when your own party says. They make more mistakes than you know.

You're smarter than that. Congress makes the budget, not the president, well except in Pelosi's last year she didnt she kicked it down the road so we have the mess we have right now.

It is important to note that quite a bit of deficit spending that Obama has was created by Bush... but the Republicans always deny that. The Bush Administration used accounting tricks to hide deficit spending... for example, they didn't include war spending.

Obama's changes include accounting for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars (Bush relied on "emergency supplemental" war spending), assuming the Alternative Minimum Tax will be indexed for inflation, accounting for the full costs of Medicare reimbursements, and anticipating inevitable expenditures for natural disaster relief. The result of Obama's changes is a budget that is $2.7 trillion MORE than was previously accounted for. That debt was always there... the Bush Administration just didn't show it.

I am not sure what you are arguing here... it appears that you are agreeing with me... secondly, you are only half right about the budget. The President proposes the budget... Congress goes through and changes it and sends it back to the President. That is why it's called "The Presidents Budget".

5 trillion in debt isn't from a budget though... It's from bailing out banks, wall street, airlines and the auto industry.

If I recall... Both sides forced all of the bailouts down our throats, from the State level, House, Congress, etc, etc, etc... and Bush. They all fucked us over.
