Do You Suffer From Hay Fever ??
Looks like i'm gonna be fucked with it again this year. Been fairly warm here the past few days, actually managed to get the grass cut for the first time this year yesterday, but already my hay fever seems to have started. I tried a few different things for it last year but they didn't seem to help much. Doesn't help when i'm out playing (or trying to play) Golf either... |

				 | Bizarre tip, but it helped me... I 'used' to have PROPER hayfever - When I was a kid. Couple of years ago, I started getting it again... Well, I say I was getting it, but what I mean is the sneezing... Anyway, long story short, I discovered that it wasnt (as I thought hayfever) It was just me getting older and starting to grow hair in my nostrils. So in otherwords, you may well have hayfever, but even if you do, you will find that a inner nasal clipper thingy will certainly help minimize the effects... Not assuming you have an untamed nostril forest growing in there, but its something to consider if you have not thought of it |

				 | While it won't help when you are outside you should consider getting an air purifier for inside the house. I too have hay fever/grass allergies decided to get an air purifier last year. It wasn't very much money, less than $100, and it worked wonders. |
