Since reading this thread I've lowered my res from 1600x1200 to 1280x1024..
Probably should have done that a long time ago... |

That's my guess as well, for good measure, throw a rad filter on it as well.... but definitely give it a few days to adjust... |
If you go to GotApex, they frequently list lots of sales going on at Dell. This is on the front page middle.
"You can get the Dell 2000FP 20.1" 1600x1200 LCD monitor (the one leon and I both use) for $859.10 shipped." |

I don't get why a 19" LCD screen can only go up to 1280x1024?

planning on some big Mac Cinema Displays. http://www.apple.com/displays/ high definition 23" http://www.apple.com/displays/acd23/ 'The Apple HD Cinema Display sports a 23-inch (viewable) thin film transistor (TFT) active-matrix liquid crystal display that supports an astonishing 1920 by 1200 pixel resolution. And it comes with an even more astonishing price: $1999' |
They had those in the new movie "How to lose a guy in 10 days." Kick ass movie BTW!

I wont work on any monitor with less than a 100 Hertz refresh....
I have a 20 inch ViewSonic running at 140 right now. It's far from new, so I would assume most new monitors/video cards are capable of 100 Hertz these days. |
wooo!
Bidding on one of these badboys now (Dell 2000FP 20.1") Hope I win :) |
