I wish they sent me emails like that.

A couple of months back a large clothing company pinched one of my photos and put it on a t-shirt which is sold in K-mart. Apparently my site is a *free site* and they can do whatever they wish with the photo(s) on that site.

If you can prove that is your photo, you should be able to get an attorney to take a case like that and sue the pants off of the clothing company.

I can prove it is 100% my photo and am in the process of trying to work it out without having to employ an attorney. However it is looking like this is not going to be a simple exercise.
