Ok, so you don't have the staff to do the actual job, but you do have the staff to check that the customer entered the right date? Or you take this so seriously that you just believe what they enter? Seems to be a slight logic breakdown here.

Hi Ruth, I haven't verified my account as of yet as I am not sure if I can. We recently had to move in with my partners parents as her dad is very sick, now I have my drivers license of course but thats about it.

I don't have a passport, nothing is in my name (not my house). I might have a few goverment letters around with this address on them.

Is there any point in me getting my account verified?

I was leaving it till we were back out in our own place but from the looks of her dad's health that isn't going to happen.

You can email me pinkjunky'at'gmail.com if it's better okies.

Cheers.

So... since you're not going to check them, then people can really just put anything down as an expiration date?

And should this have been taken care of when a new application is filled out, when you do look at each ID? It never occurred to anyone there that an expiration date was going to be needed?

A little planning goes a long way. :2 cents:

If you do NOT have an expiration date on your identification; ie: Drivers License in Europe, etc. then please insert TODAY'S DATE plus 10 YEARS.

ie: exp date - 04/15/2021

So then what's the point if it doesn't have to be valid?

:Oh crap

Good luck.

well, I finally could access it, tried to move money from account to wallet and it requested me for a code (totally forgot about that). So I located it, added the requested code... and it didn't work. Tried all capitals, all lower-case and nothing. Happily they have an option to deactivate that security measure, but well, I really don't see why to use a security measure that doesn't work at all. Or, as we are at it, mirrored servers, I thought that would be the most basic requirement for a company that needs to have a 100% uptime :helpme . And this is not the first time it happens, so I assume they're using some very low cost hosting solution, no balancing, no mirroring, no CDN, nothing. And that HAS to change
