    Credit to Paxum (Ruth)

    I don't know what she does but when I contact her to fix my account she is responsive now issue was resolve. I hope that next month they wont ask another documents this thread is now closed as problem solve.

      The best way for ANYONE to get help with a Paxum related issue is to contact the support department directly. Open a ticket (inside the Message Center) or send an email to [email protected]

      Our support team are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, and keen to assist.

      I am always available to contact as well (ICQ/AIM/YM/SKYPE/EMAIL/etc), but I do have to consult with the support department to get specific answers relating to your account, so it makes much more sense to contact them directly.

      We appreciate your business and I'm glad your situation is resolved.

                  Hope that my problem will be solved. I also heard from a friend that Paxum bank blocked my country (Macedonia). I hope those two issues will be fixed very soon, by far i haven't any problems with their service.
